Our History

Since 1993, PDMS has grown from a company of two into a thriving business which now employs 70 people across our offices in the Isle of Man and Glasgow. After a decade of involvement in public sector systems and registry solutions, PDMS Registry & Regulatory Solutions was established in 2017. The division is focused upon PDMS’ portfolio of governance systems and will harness our knowledge and capability in this area for the benefit of clients.

We work with many of our clients on a long-term, partnership basis. PDMS Registry & Regulatory Solutions has a successful track record serving customers around the globe, including: The Bahamas Maritime Authority, Isle of Man Ship Registry, the Maritime Authority of the Cayman Islands and the Isle of Man Aircraft Registry.

We have over ten years of industry experience and have developed an in-depth understanding of the dynamics and competitive pressures that exist for regulators and registry businesses.

However, more importantly we understand how our technology can deliver business outcomes. Our systems can deliver organisation transformation and business change, reduce costs, improve quality and performance, and result in productivity and knowledge sharing improvements.
