Kathryn Druggan is our Senior Business System Analyst, she brings 16 years of IT expertise from previous roles to many of PDMS’ R&R’s projects, ranging from the Company Registry System, to the testing of Shipping Registries to GDPR reviews of all R&R systems.
Her role is pivotal in providing analysis, testing and documentation of all change requests for new and existing systems, whilst also scoping out new projects. When a new change or amendment is identified, Kathryn liaises and assists the product manager to write test plans, carry out fault investigations, test any resultant fixes and act as a key point of contact with clients.
Before joining PDMS, Kathryn worked for RIVA Financial Systems as a Senior Analyst/Consultant, her role there was to assist in developing a transfer agency system for fund administration, whilst also getting involved with the analysis of medium to large sized projects and demoing clients to support the sales team. Before that, she worked at Zurich International Life for 15 years as a Senior Analyst through an apprenticeship scheme. Her roles varied from life insurance product launches and system builds to system enhancement and maintenance change requests. Kathryn is a certified Disciplined Agilest (Disciplined Agile Consortium), CEMM Certified Process Practitioner and has completed the IIBA International Institutes of Business Analysis CBAP certification.
In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys keeping fit, whether it is through her boot camp sessions at the crack of dawn or through dance which she has been involved with since a young age. From ballet to modern, she now focuses on street dance. For the past 7 years she has also helped with the dance choreography for the yearly Isle of Man Young Farmers Concert.
